Many of the products such as caddies and smaller bins used in recycling contribute to the clutter and increase the risk to operators!Councils have been urged to discontinue “box type” recycling collections as a “matter of urgency”, following a study into musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) from research carried out by the University of Greenwich and Glasgow Caledonian University arising out of different recycling and waste collection systems.
